BUY WITH US: A 12 STEP BUYER'S GUIDE

Step 1 : Get pre-approved
Step 2 : Create a wishlist (Preferred locations, budget, big yard, condo, modern, etc)
Step 3: Submit your wishlist
Step 4 : Start shopping for properties
Step 5: View with a structural expert or trusted friend/family
Step 6: Put in an Offer - Once you've found something that fits your criteria.
Step 7: Await vendor's acceptance
Step 8 : Sign Agreement for Sale (AGS), make 10% payment or any consideration agreed upon
Step 9 : Correspondence between bank and Vendor's attorney for relevant documents
Step 10: Bank checks, appraisals done, etc.
Step 11: Balance paid via Manager's cheque from bank, subject to satisfactory approvals of checks. 
Step 12 : Copy of Deed transferred,  shared certificate, etc
